Today was a very fine day, i was up early and felt real good, it's maybe i complete the 8 hour sleep hmm.
anyways, just started my life plan, i am going to exercise every morning now, it just started this morning,
i bike my way to buy some breakfast, and it's a good feeling, i haven't done that for years, tho in my early
years it's easy and not that tiring, but this morning it's really like a hell in my body, maybe it's an side effect
because i am smoking for years now and can end my day with a pack of cigarette, yeah i know its unhealthy
but starting today I am going to be a health concious person, I am starting to get my grip to myself and its
a best start so far :)
